All products sold by DIY Crafts India are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

- Personal preferences regarding colour, appearance, or finish.
- Minor variations in colour, texture, or appearance that are consistent with the product description.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
