Welcome to DIY Crafts India. These Terms of Service outline the rules and conditions for making purchases through our website. By completing a purchase with us, you agree to follow these terms and be bound by them.

We’ve kept things clear and transparent—so you always know what to expect when shopping with us.

General Terms

  • DIY Crafts India showcases a wide range of products online. While we strive to keep our catalog updated, certain items may occasionally be out of stock or discontinued without prior notice.
  • Our manufacturing lead time for customized products is typically 2 working days. In rare cases, depending on order size, design complexity, or stock availability, it may take 3–4 working days.
  • Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location and PIN code.
  • All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are applicable only for orders placed within India.
  • Please note: Some product images may include decorative items, props, or electronic equipment used for styling purposes. These are not included with your purchase unless explicitly mentioned in the product description.

Sales Items

  • Sale items are final. Orders placed under discounts, promotions, or clearance sales cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
  • Price adjustments or refunds for past sales are not applicable.

Order Cancellations

We understand that mistakes can happen. Here’s how order cancellations work:

  • Orders for custom-made or custom-cut products can be cancelled only within 5 hours of placing the order.
  • Once production has started (including custom text, names, or personalized designs), cancellations and refunds are not possible due to resources and time already allocated.
  • Standard (non-custom) orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, they will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

FAQs – Terms of Service

1. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, but only within 5 hours for customized products. After this period, cancellations are not allowed. Standard (non-custom) orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched.

2. Are sale items returnable or refundable?

No. All sale items are final purchases and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

3. How long will it take to receive my customized product?

Customized products generally take 2–4 working days for manufacturing, followed by 3–7 working days for delivery.

4. Are all accessories shown in product photos included?

No. Some images may include props, décor items, or electronic equipment for styling purposes. Only items explicitly mentioned in the product description are included.

5. Do you ship outside India?

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

6. Can DIY Crafts India change its Terms of Service?

Yes. We may update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing them before each purchase.
